Our Story

Based in Totton, Trim Gym is a brand new and exciting concept in fitness centres.

Membership will be based around "packs". We will help you design your own fitness membership based on your own needs and goals - you'll only ever pay for the "packs" you need. What's more, if you don't use a particular pack it'll roll over to the following month! Why pay for something you didn't use?

A 30 day "no quibble" contract means you'll never be tied to us and can leave at any time. You'll also be able to "freeze" your membership if you want some time out or go on holiday. No gimmicks, just pay for what you use.
